Software License Terms and Conditions

This document defines the terms and conditions for using the software product 2D Milling (hereinafter referred to as "Software"), provided by John Novak – CNC Tools (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") to the end user (hereinafter referred to as "User").

1. Grant of License

The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single physical computer identified by a hardware identifier (HW ID). The license is strictly tied to the specified HW ID.

2. Restrictions

The User may not:

• transfer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Software to third parties,
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,
• bypass or alter any activation or protection mechanisms in the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software remains the exclusive property of the Provider. The license does not constitute a transfer of ownership, but only the right to use the Software under these terms.

4. Updates and Support

The Provider reserves the right to offer updates or fixes at its discretion. Access to technical support may be limited by time or software version.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

The Software is provided "as is", without any warranty of functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Software, including data loss or hardware damage.

6. Termination of License

Violation of any provision of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license without refund eligibility.

7. Final Provisions

These terms become effective upon activation of the Software. The User agrees to them by installing or using the Software.
